I try my best to provide an accurate and honest description of my items. Please keep in mind that being vintage/antique they will show some normal signs of age and use; some items may have stains, tears, foxing, loose pages, etc. Any noticeable or major imperfections will be listed in the item description so please read carefully as all sales are considered final.

If you feel there has been an error in the description, send me a message and we'll see what can be done to work it out.

Very rarely, I may miss a flaw or the post office may damage something in transit. If this happens, by all means contact me and we will work something out.

At this time this shop accepts payment via Paypal or by money order.

Payment is always due at the time of sale. If you know that payment will be delayed, please let me know and we can try to work something out. If you choose a money order, shipment will naturally be delayed until the payment has arrived.

If I don't receive payment within 3 days of your purchasing an item, I will contact you via Etsy conversations. I may cancel your sale and report an unpaid item if necessary.

I ship using USPS. Most items will ship by whichever is the most economical option, for many of the items here this means Media Rate which may result in a slower arrival date.

I do *not* routinely add USPS "tracking" confirmation as I've found it to make no difference whatsoever in when an item arrives, if you want this service added to your package, let me know *before* you purchase: it will be added to the shipping fee, and a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as it has shipped.

Some of my packing materials and packaging may be recycled, but my priority will always be safely packing your item for transit.

I'm sorry, but at this time I am not generally offering shipping outside the United States, but am willing to calculate for other countries, just send me a message.

If you have a special shipping request, please let me know and I will do what I reasonably can do to accommodate you.

I usually ship within three days of your payment, unless there's an emergency or extreme weather causing delays.

If you think your package is lost, please contact me and we'll work it out. Again, please bear in mind the slower delivery rate that Media mail brings.
