Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Refunds are generally not issued with regard to the purchase of products offered on our Etsy e-commerce platform, the only noted exception being if the items have sustained damage in the course of their shipment and subsequent delivery. Pieces in our inventory that are priced higher than $100 are insured through either Etsy or the USPS in the full amount of their listed value. In the event that this type of merchandise is damaged in transit, we typically file a claim with one of these respective agencies. Following the claim's resolution, and provided that the buyer has returned the item to us in the condition in which it was received, as well as submitted photographic evidence substantiating their contentions of physical damages having been sustained to an item, we will issue a refund - including the cost of shipping - to the customer in the full amount of their purchase price.

NOTE: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item being returned to us is not received in the condition in which it was initially advertised, the purchaser is liable for any subsequent loss in value. Per store policy, any fees and/ or ancillary surcharges incurred on the part of a buyer that pertain to the return of a product are not covered in the refund process.

Please be advised that any clerical errors on the part of USPS mail carriers that result from damaged product-specific shipping labels through mishandling or careless distribution methods on the premises of their main holding facilities exist independently of our refund policy, and, as such, exempt us from any liability with regard to any delays, lost or stolen packages, etc. that may occur as a direct consequence of their ineptitude, incompetence, or negligence.

* In the event that some unforeseen circumstance arises with regard to the packaging and delivery of your purchase (inability to pinpoint the exact location of a particular product in the company's warehouse, address/ place of residency discrepancies as indicated by the United States Postal Service - such that the physical address you provided does not match their records, etc.) we will make every attempt to contact you the moment such details become available to us.
