COVID-19 UPDATE:
Due to COVID-19, all couriers continue to experience occassional delays (both short & long). This does NOT affect the majority of our packages, but we do want to point out what is occurring in these hard times. Eligible refunds will be provided after courier has declared the package as lost. If your package has been delivered damaged, DO NOT open until you have taken several pictures of the damage and entire package. Also take pictures of the packing inside, and then the item itself as the couriers now require these things. DO NOT throw out any part of the box or interior contents, including packing material. More info will be provided if needed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
