Custom Orders:
All payments have to be received in full before commencement for any consignments/ custom orders.
What shipment methods are available?

Singapore Registered Post (Tracking number will be sent to you once your package is shipped.

You may visit for tracking of your package.

Insurance is recommended for purchase of $100 & above.

Please double check on your shipping address upon checking out.

Will I be charged customs and import charges? (International Orders Only)

Any custom or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges will be billed by the customs or through our courier service and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and would be unable to tell you the cost of it as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

You can contact your local customs office for current charges before you place your order, so you would not be surprise by charges you were not expecting.

How long does delivery takes?

Local: 2-5 working days

Overseas: 5 to 30 working days depending on the destination.

Delay can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, please allow more time for delivery.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

All listed orders will be shipped within 2 working days after payment is received.

All consignments/ custom orders will be shipped within 2 working days after the custom piece is completed.

We will not be responsible for any damage occurs during shipping or any lost packages.
Refunds and Exchanges
I have just placed an order. Can I amend or cancel it?

Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to cancel items within your order once it has been placed and paid for due to the fees occurred once you've check out the items.

However, you can add items to your order if your package have not been shipped yet. Just send me a message and I'll do up a listing for you so you can save on the extra shipping cost.

Product Care

To maintain & enjoy the most of your jewellery, please adhere to the following advice below.

1. Store your jewellery carefully in a closed jewellery box itself, separate from other

2. Clean jewellery using a slight damp cloth and wipe it gently after wearing.

3. Do not expose jewellery to harsh chemicals as this could cause damage and

4. Avoid spraying jewellery with beauty products such as hair spray, cosmetics or
perfumes as this can tarnish or discolour the jewellery.

5. Do not wear jewellery when using household cleansers.

6. Avoid sweating while wearing jewellery as this will result in a grimy build-up.

7. Jewellery, particularly those manufactured from hollow tubing, should be worn
with care in order to avoid surface damage, and should be removed before going
to bed.

8. Check for signs of wear and tear regularly, especially on catches and joints.

9. Stone settings can become loose over time, especially if they have been hit
against a hard surface or snagged on clothing.
