We will most likely be sending out orders once or twice a week, depending on how many orders we receive! Once the order is shipped it should hopefully take 1-5 business days for domestic(Australian) orders and 3-10 days for orders outside Australia.
Please understand that we cant really control how fast an item is shipped(Thats up to the post office!)

If the item is damaged upon arrival please contact us with photo evidence and we will arrange to resend or refund the item!

Items are replaceable/refundable only 1 week upon receiving the items. After the 1 week is up we are no longer held accountable to any damaged done to the items therefore no returns or exchanges are allowed, unless it is a faulty manufactured item.

If you have noticed you have provided a wrong or old address please contact us ASAP with the new address provided and we will replace the address with the new one!

We cannot change the address once the item has been shipped and there is nothing we can do to fix it. If the item has an invalid address it will be returned to sender within 3 months, we will contact you and resend the item with a new address!

We are from Australia so shipping generally should take 2-10 days domestic and 1-4 weeks international.

Items can be subject to custom checks and postal delays so they can be slowed down and take longer.

Packages for domestic customers are not considered lost until 21 days have past, for overseas customers the item will be considered lost if it has not reached you within 41 days.

If you believe the item is lost or it has taken longer than the considered amount of days please message us and we will try to arrange a replacement or partial refund!

Our standard cheapest shipping option does not post/ship with tracking. If you wish to have your order tracked please select the tracking option when checking out. I will not be responsible for any lost orders placed without tracking.
