All international taxes & fees are payable by the customer.
Keep in mind that International orders may be subject to duties and taxes upon delivery which are outside of our control. It is our experience that orders shipped through a tracked method are more likely to incur fees, but are not exempt from customs, duties, or VAT.

SHIPPING POLICIES:
Our current production estimate is about 2 weeks from the time you place your order to the time it ships, though many orders ship much faster than that. The time it takes to ship an order varies according to the volume of orders we currently have processing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: The buyer can return the item for any other reason within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - IMPORTANT( AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND):
Some of my items contain materials (moss, bark etc.) that are not allowed through customs in some countries. If you are interested in one of these items, please contact me. I can check on the restrictions for your country or I can exchange materials by using the artificial ones.
