What if I order something by mistake?

Refunds are given at the discretion of BottleCraft by Tom. An item that has not been shipped yet can be canceled within 24 hours, with full refund.

For items that have already been shipped, approved returns will be subject to a 25% restocking and handling fee on items returned in new condition, minus the original shipping charges.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, as is insuring that the item arrives in new condition.

Custom and personalized orders

Due to the nature and uniqueness of custom orders, returns on them generally cannot be accepted.

How long do I have to return an item that has shipped?

Returns need to be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. Please contact me at bottlecraftbytom@gmail.com prior to returning any items, so that we can come to a return agreement. I will respond as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours.

I receive multiple packages on a daily basis (mostly bottle donations), and require notification if I need to look out for a return order.

Please tell me as soon as you decide to return the item and provide tracking information.

Important info when placing an order

Please make sure that your email address is correct, so that I can contact you with updated information on your order, shipping confirmation, etc.

Look for an invoice in your inbox and double check to make sure the shipping address is correct. If you contact me before the item is shipped, I can make adjustments.
