Absolutely love this beautiful mug! I've had it for a couple of weeks now and the glitter has held up great! Worth every penny! I'll be purchasing them for my brides maids as well!
Accepted payment methods
Every package contains a packing slip with the prices of the items purchased. If you would like for me to black out the prices because your order is a gift, please notify me.
If you are buying multiple items from my shop, please contact me with regards to combined shipping fees. I do not offer bulk discounts, but, you will save $$ with combined shipping rates.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide me with the correct delivery address. If there is a problem with delivery due to the fact that the wrong address was provided, then a refund will not be issued until I receive the items back in my possession. Shipping fees will not be refunded in this instance. Location of your order can be tracked through the U. S. Postal service's website, with the tracking number that I provide for each of my customers.
Once a package has been shipped from my home on schedule, I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to the U.S. Postal Service's delivery operations. Please contact your local post office for advice in the event that that occurs.
Shipping fees will not be refunded, unless a mistake was on my behalf.
Refunds and Exchanges
All refunds must take place within 30 days of your purchase date.
If you received a damaged item, please contact me, and we will make arrangements for you to send the item back to me. Refunds will be issued once the original item has been received back to me. No refunds will be made on custom designed items unless there was a mistake on my part.

Frequently asked questions
When can I expect to receive my order?
My turnaround times are typically between 2-3 weeks. I work alone and need that time to keep up with the demands of my shop. So, please order early. Thank you!
Is the glitter sealed on the glitter mugs?
Yes! I seal my glitter mugs with several coats of a non toxic sealant so that the glitter stays put!
Do you do RUSH orders?
No, I do not. All of my items are "made to order". That means that once you order an item your order will be placed in line with previously placed orders. I design in chronological order only. And, you cannot "RUSH" the glitter process either. It takes a few days to seal the glitter properly. So, please order early. Thank you!
Do you make left handed mugs?
Yes, I do. Only upon request.
