The label’s collections are inspired by the fresh, innovative working of retro style – very classic, yet very modern; for women wanting to create a timeless look that is very en trend. Rosa Loren’s exclusive collections are designed for women who know that details are important – that these little things make big things happen.
Paulette Loren is the creative director at Rosa Loren. She graduated the Moreton Institute with an Associate Diploma of Arts (Fashion Couture) as well as studying Art & Design. Following working in fashion and film, she opened Bouquet by Rosa to feature her exclusive design accessories for brides and, of course, all beautiful women who intend to leave a lasting impression.

All pieces listed are handmade and in most cases may be customized to your own specifications. I am more than happy to work with you on unique personal orders if you can't find exactly what you're after in my listings – just get in contact and let’s talk!

Accepted payment methods
I cannot process your order until your payment has been recieved so please make sure you finalise your payment at the time of purchase transaction.
Please be aware that Customs may hold your purchase and require you to pay to get it from them. You can be charged for any item, whether it is a gift to you or a purchase made by you. It is at their discretion and I can't stop them. Generally it is the larger items that catch their eye, and they have no regard for the delay that is caused, whether you have paid for express shipping or not.
To keep shipping as low as possible for you, small items are sent in envelopes (for which tracking is not available for any destinations).
Small boxed items (like posies, veils and some bulky shoe clips) are sent regular air mail. Tracking is only available as standard for Australian destinations. Signature on delivery and tracking for destinations outside Australia incur an additional cost so if you would like either you will have to let me know by sending me a message so I can give you a quote and organise it for you.
Larger boxed items (like bouquets) are sent regular air mail with signature on delivery as standard. Again, tracking is standard for Australian destinations only but if you would like tracking for destinations outside Australia this will cost more so please send me a message to give you a quote and organise it for you.
If you would like your purchase sent Express (signature on delivery and tracking are both included with this option) please send me a message to give you a quote or organise it. It costs a lot more and, in my experience, you may not get your purchase any sooner, especially if customs decides to hold your item.
Delivery to destinations within Australia should take 1-5 working days. Other destinations should take approximately 7-10 working days but can take longer. Shipping to Canada regularly takes a month or more. The post is not always reliable though so please avoid disappointment by ordering well in advance of your special event. There's no guarantee that Express shipping will expedite the process. Customs may hold your items as well, which will increase delivery time.
Please understand, I am not responsible for the mail once it is in the hands of the postal service. However, do contact me if your order has not arrived and it has been over a week to be delivered within Australia, over 4 weeks to be delivered to Canada, or over 3 weeks to be delivered elsewhere.
Very importantly, make sure your address is correct at time of purchase. Your shipping address will automatically be whatever address is linked to your payment method unless you state otherwise.
Refunds and Exchanges
I work closely with you on custom design orders to ensure your vision is realised. I keep you informed during the process; making edits and additions in consultation with you; and by providing you with pictures and colour samples.
There should be no surprises, however, if you are not satisfied, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt of the item and follow these guidelines:
Contact me immediately and provide photos where necessary
The original tags and labels are still attached
Item is in its original box
Item is unworn, unused and as sold
Returned within 14 days of delivery
When returning your item, please keep proof of return shipping in the event that the goods go missing in transit. Be sure the goods are adequately packaged to make sure they are not damaged during return transit.
I cannot refund any shipping costs as shipping is paid to the post office, not to me. I will only refund the return shipping costs if the reason for the return is because of my own error (ie you have been sent the wrong item) otherwise any exchange will also incur a re-delivery fee.
Please do not return any items without contacting me first through Etsy and then I will give you a return address.
