5 out of 5 starsAs soon as I saw the prints, I loved them and knew they'd be the perfect addition to the kitchen to add some color! The download was incredibly easy and I was able to print and frame them how I wanted. Perfection!

The rest of my "studio". It's lovely in the fall.
Turning a dream into a reality, one morning at a time.
I've been drawing ever since I was a baby. I remember the day I showed my mom the Easter basket I created in watercolor. I was all of 4 years old. I came running out of the play room with my piece of paper, still wet with kid-friendly paint. Even now in my late thirties, I can recall my mom's shock. She was so proud of me. She even had me help her pick a frame for it that very same day. It made me so proud of myself.
Eventually I went to art school and received my Bachelor's. I've worked professionally as a graphic designer for over 15 years. I love the craft, I'll never stop designing, it brings me so much joy. A few years ago I had the pleasure of falling into the best 9 - 5 job I ever had quite unexpectedly. But over all the years, in the back of my mind, I've had this dream of seeing my illustrations and designs on homewares and stationery in cute little boutiques. I'd walk by a storefront window with adorable home goods displayed and I'd have visions of my own artwork adorning the aprons and tablecloths.
So when the pandemic hit and I (VERY sadly) lost my favorite full time job, I decided it was time to make my dreams my reality. I set up shop on my 3-season porch, bought an iPad, and created this happy little Etsy store. It's been exciting and challenging, but it can also be quite scary sometimes. As the pandemic rages on, it can feel a bit isolating. But every morning, when the sunlight pours into my tiny, makeshift studio and fills it with warmth and light, it makes me feel like somehow, everything is going to work out.
So I hope you enjoy my designs and illustrations. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or comments or if you just want to say 'hi'. It would be lovely to hear from you!
