REGULAR SHIPPING:
We ship out orders within 3-5 days depending on the order. Shipping is done via EMS, USPS and courier services. The norm for delivery to most countries by regular post is 8 to 10 biz days but could vary depending on the delivery destination. This does not include the processing time. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable period of time please contact me.
EXPRESS SHIPPING:
If you need your purchase to arrive by a specific date and time, please do tell me right away so we could discuss it. There are a couple of express option I could offer you for an extra cost. I strongly advise using the courier option as it is quicker, more reliable and you can track your parcel from door to door.
Delivery times by courier service: 1-3 biz days Europe and 2-4 biz days the rest of the World
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. I cannot be responsible for a lost item if you have provided an incorrect delivery address.
2. Items are shipped after payment, packed in mailing envelopes with bubbles.
3. It usually takes us 1 to 5 days to create your item therefore including shipping time our current turnaround is 2-3 weeks.
NOTE that there might be delays due to custom procedure and holidays. These are factors out of my control.

Taking your measurements
BUST
Wrap a soft tape measure around your bust. It should wrap around the fullest part of your bust. The tape should be straight and parallel with the floor.
WAIST
Wrap the tape measure around your natural waist. Keep it parallel to the floor. Do not hold your breath or suck your stomach in. Hold your body erect in a comfortable standing position to get an accurate measurement. Be sure you don't draw it too tight.
HIPS
Wrap the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. This is usually located 7 to 9 inches below your natural waist. Keep the tape measure parallel to the floor.

Information for orders of wedding & bridesmaids dresses;
How far from my wedding should I order my dress and how long will it take?
For a custom made wedding dress it is ideal to order about 1-2 months before the wedding.
I can work with less time, up to a minimum of 2 weeks.
Rush orders are available but fees may be involved, so do inquire before hand.
I will need to know the exact date of your wedding and will deliver your dress with about 4 weeks advance minimum, often more. If you feel more comfortable with more time, just let me know and I will work my schedule around that.
I usually also have a selection of sample or one of a kind dresses in a few sizes that can be shipped out immediately provided that they fit you.
Do inquire about rush order options.
Can I customise or alter any of your designs?
Yes, I love custom work and love to mix and match elements of my designs, so ask away!
Can you help me with alterations?
I am always available for advice and am willing to do alterations on your garments, usually free of charge, provided you pay for shipping back and forth. The best thing is to get in touch so we can discuss the issue.
