Selling mostly to photographers for three generations

I started my Etsy shop as a way to reach individual photographers and allow them to purchase just one item at a time. It would be great if each photographer would be able to customize their product to their own unique customer.

Each of our items is custom made so we do not accept returns.

Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order. We will fix the issue as soon as possible.

If you receive a defective USB Flash Drive ( it does happen but not often! ) We will replace it as soon as possible. We sometimes need these returned to us so contact us and we will let you know.

BoutiquePackaging accepts major credit cards, PayPal and Etsy gift cards.

Buyers in California will be charged a 9% sales tax.

Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for any VAT, duties, customs or taxes their countries may have.

USA Shipping:
Most orders are shipped USPS Priority Flat Rate. Customers love the speed and cost. FedEx Ground is our secondary method for shipping orders.

International Shipping:
USPS Priority Flat Rate is our preferred method.

How do I get you the personalization info for this order?

During the checkout process there is a notes to seller section. SImply include you customization info there and it will be sent in with your order. You could also send me a conversation containing the customization info.

Can the USB and the box have different engraving?

Yes! Simply put your request in the Notes to Seller section during checkout.

Can you engrave my logo?

Yes we can use your logo for engraving on the USB, box or both. There are some limitations. Simply send me a copy of your logo and we can discuss if there are any issues.
