I accept PayPal. PayPal is a trusted and very secure way to pay. Due to prior incidents, I no longer accept personal cheques. If you'd like to pay in a way other than PayPal, please convo me and we can work something out.
Please Pay for your items within 48 hours or risk cancellation of the order. I may make exceptions on a case by case basis - please convo me with any such requests.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send me a message and arrangements can be worked out. I cannot fix a problem that I'm not aware of, and I want my customers to be happy with their purchases! My basic policies are outlined, however certain situations may be assessed on a case by case basis.
I generally don't accept returns. All sales are final and non-refundable except in extreme cases.
I will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail, as all times will be packaged to protect.
Due to By-laws, I cannot accept returns of exchanges of earrings, therefore all earring sales are final.
Shipping is non-refundable in all cases.
