Announcement    UNLESS IT SAYS, READY TO SHIP, it takes 4 to 6 weeks for most items to be made. However, weather (wind, rain, snow) can delay a project since the final step needs to be done outside. I will update shipping time if weather is a problem. Tilted pot set is 6 weeks to ship.

Everything is hand painted and/or hand embellished by me.

THE POT PAINTING PROCESS

SEALING THE INSIDE:
I seal the inside with a rubberized sealer. This takes 3 days to fully dry. However, this is a very important step to seal water from leaching through the pot and causing damage to the painted outside.
BASE COAT:
I apply the base colors to each pot. This may just be a single color or it can be several colors. This dries for a full day before moving onto the next step.
PAINTING THE FINISHING DETAILS:
Depending on the design, this can take a week to paint or a couple days for each pot.
SEALING THE OUTSIDE:
After I am happy with the finished piece, it gets clear coated (minimum of 4 coats) to protect it from the elements, this provides a gloss finish and makes it easier to clean.
CURING BEFORE SHIPMENT:
The pot need to dry for a minimum of 4 days to 7 days before it can be wrapped and shipped.
INDOOR OR OUTDOOR --?
It is not recommended that they sit outside where they are in standing water or the sprinkler is hitting them daily. While they can endure being outside, they should be covered or brought inside during the winter months. Extreme weather can shorten the pots life span.

NEED SOONER...
I can accommodate a quicker turn around time if I am not in the middle of other orders. If the item is needed by a certain date, please contact me so I might be able to get the item out sooner than 4 to 5 weeks. However, the minimum turn around time is 3 weeks. There is almost 2 weeks of drying time before I can ship it.

More time consuming to paint, price goes up at my discretion. Price is always agreed upon prior to purchase. Will create a "special order" listing for you with the price, details, sketch photos and details of our conversation. This price does not include shipping.

WISH BOXES/SCRYING/JEWELRY BOXES....
I have many choices (not shown) to choose from. If you have a theme in mind, message me and we can go through some options. Colors choices, personalize, paint style, etc. can all be discussed. Boxes also take 4 to 5 weeks to complete.

NO DISCOUNT ON BULK ORDERS...
As a bulk order does not change the time involved to finish the project, nor do I get the materials at a cheaper rate. You can save some money on shipping being combined in the same box though.

SHIPPING...
I use a heavy (thicker) pot, not a cheap one, so there is weight to be considered. However, if ordering more than one item, MESSAGE ME BEFORE PURCHASE so I can create a special order and combine the shipping into one box, it will be cheaper that way.

SHIPPING DELAYS: Our local post office is taking up to 3 days to check in packages. Sometimes it's same day as drop off, other times it takes up to 3 days. Please be patient as this is out of my hands....

On a side note: I try to keep the cost down as much as possible. I don't "add in" extra shipping charges for boxes and bubble wrap. I recycle boxes, packaging, bubble wrap, etc. from things I buy. So you might end up getting something you bought from me in a Chewy box. The less I have to purchase, the less I need to pass on to the customer. I know that shipping costs determine whether someone chooses to purchase my items, which is completely understandable ---so I try to compensate by being frugal where I can... <3
