5 out of 5 starsThis is the second crate cover I have purchased from BowWowBeds. The linen look material is a great choice that blends well. The sewing is nicely done and both covers were a perfect fit. Whether you have a side entrance or end entrance to the crate, the entrance panel can be tucked under the top to make the entrance easily accessible. When not in use, the panel can be lowered to soften the appearance of the crate. I would definitely order a crate cover again without hesitation.

Frequently asked questions
Fabrics
Fabrics are printed in the USA! Fabric colors and textures can look different over a computer monitor. Some fabrics appear off white when they are white as an example. In addition, there are various fabric weights. I am always happy to answer any questions so feel free to email me to clarify before ordering. If I haven't worked with the fabric collection you are inquiring about, I will phone the fabric manufacturer. For designer printed fabrics the pattern may appear larger or smaller in the example photo. Please refer to the manufacturers swatch photo (with tape measure) in each listing to see the pattern size. If you do not see one, email me.
International Orders
Email your country information along with the size and quantity for a shipping price quote. VAT, Customs Fees, Duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price for International orders. I do not offer cancellations, exchanges or refunds since each item is custom handmade to order.
What size Crate Cover should I order?
You want your crate cover to measure the same size as your crate, otherwise, it will not fit properly. If your crate measures just slightly (an inch or two) different, feel free to add the closest size to your shopping cart and in the comments section at checkout request the custom length x width x height. We highly recommend measuring the crate as those measurements differ from the dimensions listed on the box by the manufacturer. In addition, if you do not want the cover to drape on the floor, be sure to measure from the top of the crate to where you want the cover to fall and provide that height measurement when ordering. I no longer offer the 54L crate cover size.
Product Care
CRATE COVERS are precisely made to fit the crate, therefore, we recommend spot cleaning as machine washing will cause it to shrink and it will no longer fit the crate. If you find you need a more thorough cleaning some have dry cleaned the crate covers, though, we recommend you consult with a dry cleaning specialist.
1D Fabrics for Designer Crate Covers
Some fabrics are 1D (see Summer Flamingo on Instagram @bowwowbeds) which means the design is going in only one direction. The crate covers are designed where one of the large or length (L) side panels would have the design upside down. If you plan to have one large side of the crate against the wall that will hide this. If the crate will be out in the room, I recommend you select a fabric collection that is not 1D.
Durability
Our dogs can chew rawhide bones with little effort, therefore, please note that fabric is not chewproof. If you think your pet may chew on fabric, only allow them to have it when you are around to teach otherwise as a safety precaution.

Cancellations, Exchanges, Returns
All products are custom handmade to order for your pet by me. I am a small business offering a LARGE selection of fabrics. Once I receive your order, your account is charged at that time and I purchase your fabric preference as that way I am able to offer so many beautiful fabric collections! I do not offer cancellations, exchanges or returns as the fabric manufacturer does not allow me to exchange or return yardage.
Lead Time
When I receive your paid order, I then purchase your fabric preference as that is how my small business can offer so many beautiful fabrics to choose from! The fabric is non-returnable, therefore, I am not able to offer cancellations, exchanges or returns for any reason. Each item is custom made to order by me in my smoke free shop. The estimated ship by date is provided by Etsy on the order screen and order receipt. Please Note Before Ordering: My fabric supplier which is also a small business here in the US is still experiencing fabric reprint delays making my lead time approximate and it can vary! Sorry rush orders not available during these times.
Sizing details
Dimensions will vary 1/2 inch to an inch give or take as each cover is handmade.
