Great addition to my Barbie's wardrobe. I ordered them with a beautiful knit Barbie sweater from this shop. I was very pleased with my purchase!

Love the jeans and turquoise sweater for Barbie! They are beautiful and well-made and look like an outfit that I would wear! The barbie purse and shoes that were thrown in as a freebie go perfectly with her outfit. I was pleasantly surprised to receive them in addition to my order. I will be checking this shop out some more in the future.

About

Addicted to knitting, especially toys!

Well, I started off making Barbie clothes...I have been making them for MANY years. Sewn, knitted or crocheted, it didn't matter. If it would fit Barbie, I made it. After a couple of years, I started knitting more and more, and realized I LOVED knitting. But making something large enough for a person to wear, seemed...a daunting task. I love being able to start and finish a project quickly; to move on to something new at a whim. So I graduated from Barbie clothes, and started making toys.
It all started innocently. My sister found a knitted chicken in a book at the library. She can knit, but wanted my help. So, like a good sister, I helped. Then, I bought the book....so many cute, small things to knit. While at the bookstore, I found another book called Topsy Turvy Inside-Out Toys. (I bought both books.)
My 2nd addiction began. I made 20 or 30 of the chickens, but made them topsy turvy (they are two toys in one; they start as an egg, and "hatch" into a chicken). I also made a bunch of topsy turvy turtles. Then, it got really crazy! One of the patterns in the book is an egg/alligator, and while making my first alligator, my husband suggested I make dinosaurs.........WHAT??? I could tweak this pattern, make the tail longer, the head shaped a little different...And my topsy turvy dinosaurs were born! I have NO idea how many dinosaurs I have made. My favorites are triceratops, brontosaurus, and stegosaurus. I started doing craft shows with a friend to fund my addiction.
And I was happy making dinosaurs until.....my sister found another book. (I know, she is a trouble maker! LOL) This book had adorable finger puppets! So they are currently my GO TO project. Since Feb 2016, I have made over 75 puppets. Everything from bunnies to yaks and lots in between.
Thanks for shopping with me, and check back often, because you never know when my sister finds something else for me to knit!

HI I'm Roxy, I am a wife and mother of two young adults and I handle it all. The knitting, the photos, the shipping, all of it is done by me. I do get an occasional good idea from my better half (see "about" page). And my daughter did help me set up my store, and helped with some technical things in the beginning--like how to get photos from a digital camera to the listing.
