If your item is damaged during shipping, send us an Etsy conversation that includes photos of the damage so we can submit a loss claim. Once we receive the photos, we will send a replacement order. We do not provide refunds on orders damaged in transit unless the purchased item is original art, not a reproduction.

Art print orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. Most sticker orders ship with Etsy labels with tracking provided by Pitney Bowes. Tracking from Pitney Bowes can be viewed on the Etsy Orders page. If you don't receive your package within 30 days, we will ship a replacement free of charge. There are no refunds on shipped orders. Please contact us directly before ordering if your package is time-sensitive. You must notify us of a lost package within 30 days of ordering. We will ship one replacement for free, but we can not fully refund any lost shipments and will not ship a 3rd package without repayment of the shipping fee.

USPS only guarantees delivery by date with expedited shipping. Contact us if you need a shipping upgrade.

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. If you don't receive your package within 60 days, you can pay the shipping fee to have a replacement sent or receive a refund for the purchase price less shipping. You must notify us of a lost package within 30 days of ordering. We do not ship replacements for international packages unless the fee to reship is paid by the buyer.

Framing tips are included in each listing. Virtually all of our prints are sized for easy framing.

12" x 18" Prints:
a) Cut to fit an 11" x 14" frame, b) Place directly in a 12" x 18" frame or c) Place in a 16" x 20" frame with a standard sized white mat sold at your local craft store (recommended).

18" x 24" Prints:
This print fits perfectly in a standard 18" x 24" frame, but you can pin it to your wall if you'd like.

Our products are created specifically for your orders, and costs are incurred in producing those goods. As a result, we can't offer cancellations to orders that have been placed even if the order hasn't shipped. Etsy doesn't allow any way to recoup our production costs (e.g. restocking fee), so we have to fulfill orders as they are placed.

We ship with the lowest-cost option to keep shipping prices as low as possible, but the fee to ship has increased exponentially since we started in 2011. We don't make money on international shipping fees. Etsy takes a fee, and the rest goes to USPS. Some Etsy shops choose to designate items as "personal" rather than "commercial" when shipping. The cost is much less, but this illegal activity puts buyers and sellers at risk of financial penalty. We prefer to protect ourselves and our shoppers.

We do not guarantee any delivery dates. The only way to get a delivery guarantee is to contact us to purchase Expedited Shipping. USPS does not guarantee a delivery date for First Class and Priority, so neither can we.

USPS commonly takes 7-21 days from the ship date to deliver first class mail. Items rarely arrive in the 1st week, most arrive in the 2nd week and a few arrive in the 3rd week. Unfortunately, we have no control over transit. We can not guarantee you will receive your order within 21 days of shipping, but we will ship a replacement (domestic orders only).

Again, there is no guaranteed delivery date unless you've purchased a custom listing for expedited shipping that explicitly states the "delivered-by" date.

We do not offer refunds for orders that have shipped. If a domestic item hasn't arrived in 2 weeks from the ship date, we will ship a replacement for free (if the address was correct). Unfortunately, we can't ship a 3rd package. If you wish to change the shipping address for the 2nd package to aid in delivery, please let us know.

Etsy has a contract with Pitney Bowes for tracking. Pitney Bowes tracking isn't as reliable as USPS tracking. Items frequently update as "delivered" days, or even a week, before the item is delivered. PB only tracks packages to the final sorting facility, then it estimates delivery from there. The packages still have to be sorted and distributed to the route delivery workers. This can take a while. Please know that this is common, and almost all packages will be delivered.
