I love what I do and I'm thankful to be part of this wonderful online marketplace.

I started my company, Burton & Buck after my husband became disabled from an accident. He was a GM of a large company and always supported the family while I stayed home and took care of the household.

I always loved making jewelry and believed that I could turn that passion into a business. The entrepreneur in me knew that it wouldn’t be easy but I also knew it would be very satisfying to build a business and feel the pride and joy of accomplishment. I've grown my business by making well crafted jewelry at an affordable price, and by striving for total customer satisfaction.

in 2017, I started selling leather, clasps and jewelry making supplies. We offer a large range of products and are adding new items weekly.

Tracking International Orders

All our packages are shipped by USPS and the tracking numbers for International shipments only show where they are in the USA, and once they ship overseas, the tracking number is not updated. Once your package is outside the US, there will be no update until it’s been delivered. The tracking will show your package being “frozen” at a major US port (like Los Angeles), but this doesn’t mean your package isn’t moving, it’s just that it’s moving overseas and not updating the US system until delivery. For countries that offer postal tracking, 45 days need to pass before I can refund and file a claim.
PLEASE NOTE: FOR COUNTRIES THAT DON'T OFFER POSTAL TRACKING, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OR REPLACEMENT FOR PACKAGES NOT DELIVERED.

Custom and personalised orders

If you order more than one bracelet with a custom size, we only accept returns on one bracelet, one time. Please measure your wrist size prior to ordering.

Initial Bracelets are not returnable due to the customization.

The USPS mail is running very slow causing many delays. I will ship your package on time but cannot guarantee the delivery date. Priority mail is being delivered quicker but still not guaranteed.
