I apologize you had a difficult time with it. I temporarily had to use a different transfer tape and I feel that was most likely the issue. I did stop using it and I wish you had messaged me to let me know as I would have done something to help you with it or replaced it for you if I couldn’t fix the issue. I hope you will consider still ordering in the future. ~Sabrina
