Where the Silly Meets the Sublime

Brain Sushi Studios is my brainchild after over forty years in the graphic design industry. I studied at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia and moved to Los Angeles where I worked as a freelance artist (and musician) for companies such as MGM, 20th Century Fox, Warner Bros. Records, and more. After moving to Florida, my wife and I decided to open this Etsy store to offer silly, fun, wild, odd, and whimsical art on apparel and home goods.

We want you to laugh, think, and sometimes ponder the meaning of life. We cultivate other artists besides myself to offer you a wide variety of unusual gifts for your oddball family and friends, as well as for you to show off your own eclectic style.

Make a unique statement though our shirts, jackets, hats, mugs, wall art, pillows, and more.

We only use high quality production partners while keeping our prices realistic.
And we love to talk with you all. That’s half the fun.

Cheers!
Saul and Laura Rae, Brain Sushi Studios

Frequently asked questions
Is the pandemic delaying shipping times?

For U.S. residents, shipping time may be slightly delayed depending on USPS and where you live. Mail to foreign countries is getting held up because there are fewer flights. Packages are getting held up in customs because of increased volume and fewer workers. Please be patient as the pandemic is still causing major delays. Some packages have only taken a few days, while others are a month or more.

What about FREE SHIPPING outside of the contiguous USA?

We will be adding additional shipping costs outside of the USA due to the higher rates.
