Frequently asked questions
Is the pandemic delaying shipping times?

For U.S. residents, shipping time may be slightly delayed depending on USPS and where you live. Mail to foreign countries is getting held up because there are fewer flights. Packages are getting held up in customs because of increased volume and fewer workers. Please be patient as the pandemic is still causing major delays. Some packages have only taken a few days, while others are a month or more.

What about FREE SHIPPING outside of the contiguous USA?

Unfortunately we will be adding additional shipping costs outside of the USA due to the higher rates.

What about exchanges and returns?

We do not accept returns or exchanges as these items are POD (print On Demand). We do not stock inventory.

What about items that are damaged when received?

If an item is damaged upon receiving it, please attach a photo and explanation within 14 days of receiving it, and we will replace the item.
