My son absolutely loves this cloud light! I must say it is way cooler than I thought it would be! It’s really big and with the Bose speaker, plays high quality sounds and the led lights within it put on quite a show. Definitely buy it if you’re thinking about it.

A strange time for everyone

It all started as a DIY project in early 2020 — I built this weird fluffy cloud lamp thingy for my home and I really liked it so I hung it from the ceiling above my favorite reading chair in the living room. Looked great, helped add fun moods to the room, was unique. Microphone connected to the LEDs meant the cloud was dim while I was reading but quite animated when my kids were around! Lots of fun.

Then the pandemic ramped up in that big way and we all started working from home.

During video conference calls with coworkers and customers, the cloud would be there in my background — silent and dark as my computer mic was often muted — until it was my turn to present and then BOOM the cloud explodes with light and becomes a participant on the calls. People frequently stopped entire meetings just to ask about the illumination party going on behind my head while others asked how to make them or if they could buy them from me.

And now, just a few short years later, I’ve retired from my 9-5 office job to put my head in the clouds and take Brainstorm Décor LLC to who knows where!
