We currently accept payment through paypal ONLY. Shipments will not go out until payment is received. We realize that things come up and computers have gliches, so we are willing to work with you to get you your items. Should payment NOT be received within 5 days of placing your order, then we will send out a reminder notice every 2 days x 3. If no payment is rendered, following the reminder notices, the item will be placed back on the Etsy site. We would then notify you of this action.
Shipments will go out 3-5 days after receiving your payment. We strive to ship via the most economical way possible, either by USPS or UPS ground. However, if you prefer another shipping method, any added cost would go to you, the buyer. Do to the slow breakdown of Styrofoam in our landfills, we try to use alternate means for packing our items. If you so choose, an alternate shipping address can be used...notify us of this either in ordering "comments", or via convo.
Refunds and Exchanges
Should an item get lost or damaged in transit, we WILL NOT accept responsibility. The shipper (USPS or UPS), would need to be contacted by the buyer. A return for exchange for another item of equal value will be made, only when the buyer pays the return shipping cost, and subsequent shipping cost.
