Frequently asked questions
What about Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods?
I gladly accept returns and exchanges in the case when the product is damaged on arrival, or an incorrect product was delivered.
Contact me within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photographic proof of the damaged product.
Damaged items are not required to be sent back.
Ship defective or incorrect goods back to me within 30 days of delivery, shipping costs are payed by the buyer.
In case the buyer damages or harms the product, returns are not accepted.
Returns
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, please, contact me for a refund. You need to return the item to the given address before I do the refund.
Also, please note: I can accept only undamaged goods, that is properly packed in the original package.
Please, measure your wall/frame before you place your order.
Why my order's colors differs a bit from what I see on screen?
Screens and printing methods use a different method of making colors. Also, every screen has different settings for contrasts and colors that's why anything we see on the internet won't have the exact same colors in reality.
Although we do everything to have the right colors for our products.
What Instantly Shipped category means?
Currently, most of my items are made-to-order, but some are premade and placed in a warehouse in NJ. This means that instead of the 3-5 days of waiting for the item, it is shipped after one business day.
They also have a better price to offer, while the quality is the same.
How's the pandemic affects your shop?
Please note, the pandemic has its toll on services to avoid the spread of the virus. Thus expect delays in shipping and delivery. We are trying to clear about it but everything is uncertain at this time of the pandemic.

When refund is not possible?
Please check your shipping address twice before sending your order. I'm not responsible for packages sent to the wrongly given addresses. In this case, refund is not available.

I can't give a refund in case when the tracking shows the status "delivered". If you still have trouble finding your package, please contact your local shipping services for more information.
