What if my item is lost or damaged during shipment?
I do my best to package all orders as securely as possible so that they arrive safely to you. Unfortunately, I cannot control what happens to your package once it is dropped off for shipment. Damages that occur during shipment are outside of my control, so they will not be reimbursed. It is up to the buyer to make a claim with USPS.
Shipping Furniture
SHIPPING IS NOT FREE, even when shipping charges show as $0.00.
For furniture shipments, it is the buyer's responsibility to choose, coordinate, and pay for their own shipping. I will help coordinate a pick up time afterwards, but you are responsible for the initial arrangements and payment to your chosen delivery service. I take no responsibility for any item shipped by any freight service, so if you require additional pictures or information before purchase, feel free to message me at any time.
Local delivery in Austin can be arranged. Delivery outside the immediate area can also be arranged, but there will be a separate fee.
