About BratCatPottery

Sales 12
On Etsy since 2019

Hi! I’m April and the hands behind BratCat Pottery. In 2019 I decided to start my business and moved back to Montana with two cats, two chinchillas, two thousand lbs of clay and my wheel Shirley (as in ‘Don’t call me Shirley.) I live and work in a barn where my roommates are two horses who shake me down for treats regularly.
A description of my work would be fun yet functional pieces based on whatever inspires me. Which is almost everything and changes daily. You wont find any delicate china here.. my pottery is meant to be used!! I am just getting started and I cant wait to share many bodies of work with you. Thank you for your interest!

Care instructions

All items, unless otherwise noted, are food safe, dishwasher safe and microwaveable. However, the life span of a handmade piece is greatly benefited by a little tender loving care (arent we all?) so I highly recommend hand washing your item. If you are pouring extremely hot liquids into your piece, I also advise pre heating with warm water first to avoid thermal shock.
