About

Insomnia Inspired Designs

Since I was young, I have struggled with insomnia. It's hard to know which came first – my thirst for knowledge and love of creating or my inability to sleep. These aspects of my personality continually fuel one another.

I started my etsy shop experimenting with 3D Perler art using my favorite video games as inspiration, but as I have become more interested in pursuing original artistic creations, my store has turned into something more representative of my personality.

I have many interests and therefore create art with various themes. My inability to sleep has given me a significant amount of time to develop skills in various (seemingly unrelated) media.

While my shop may seem like it has no theme, there is one thread that ties all of the items together: when you don't sleep, you have time to develop multiple interests and skills.

I try to recycle boxes, so your item may come in an Amazon box :) I hope it's not too confusing.

Additional policies and FAQs
I will not begin a custom order until after the item is purchased. I will send you as many images as you'd like of the finished product, before I ship. If you are unhappy with the product I will attempt to make one you are happy with or offer a refund.

Please do not give the Perler bead items sold in this store to small children. They are made of small pieces and can be a choking hazard. The recommended age for Perler beads by the Perler company is 6 years old.

All prices are determined based on cost of supplies, time spent creating the projects, and the number of burns I received while ironing them.
