Announcement    Happy New Year! Parcel delivery has been slower than usual during this holiday season and may continue for while, so please be patient. Once mailed, I have no control over speed of parcel transit/delivery, both here in U.S. and overseas. BreadandRoses2 bags are designed & well made in the U.S.A., authentically handcrafted in my one-woman workshop from start to finish. Built to last. All markings on the materials I employ are genuine & original to the vintage/antique fabrics that I personally hunt & gather. My unique & small batch, finite run pieces are engineered using field-used military canvas & other vintage / historic, utilitarian textiles. The American leather used is processed, dyed & sourced in the U.S.A.

ALL HAVE STORIES TO TELL & MILES TO GO. BUILT TO LAST.

Much time is spent searching the back roads of rural Ohio for these vintage materials. Pricing reflects the copious effort devoted to procurement & hand processing: hand laundering for cleanliness, hand deconstructing the vintage objects, ironing & testing integrity of fabric, all prior to the actual designing, creating, engineering.

This is what authentic handmade is all about.

If you're buying from BreadandRoses2 for the first time, please take a few minutes to read through my Shop Policies so we'll have a mutually satisfying transaction.

NOTE THAT ALL MONITORS VARY and may show colors somewhat differently than in my photographs. If an exact color match is desired, please contact me BEFORE you order. Fabric swatches, for a $1.00 fee, are usually available upon request unless fabric is out of stock &/or no remnants/scraps remain.

No returns, refunds or exchanges - in-store credit only if there is an exception, so choose and spend wisely. If you have questions, ask prior to purchase.

Conditions of exceptions on returns
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Item must be mailed back within 7 days of delivery date shown on USPS Delivery Confirmation Tracking #. Buyer must provide their USPS Delivery Confirmation Tracking # as proof of return mailing & to save time/expense making trips to post office to retrieve item.
Payment
Please pay at time of purchase. I will reserve items for up to 24 hrs. only. For orders over $200.00, I will work with you for a 2-pay timeline, paid within 28 days. There is a $1.00 'layaway' fee, added onto 1st 1/2 payment, for this convenience to cover time & additional Etsy fees. Initial payments made via this 'layaway' plan are non-refundable. It's a commitment to pay in full.

I SHIP TO THE U.S., CANADA, UK, EUROPE (excluding Italy, no sewn textile imports permitted), AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, JAPAN, ISRAEL, BRAZIL, SINGAPORE, TAIWAN + some others. Convo if your country is not included.

I ship within 1-3 days, barring unforeseen circumstances. Custom orders sent per same timeline once completed.

BreadandRoses2 is not responsible loss/damage in mail delivery once order is shipped.

All computer monitors are different
I try to present items as true to color and appearance as possible but natural lighting conditions and weather can alter colors quite a bit. The vintage military canvas I use has a wide spectrum of color & tone variation depending on the original army issue canvas and natural wear, distressing & fading occurring over many decades of use under myriad field conditions.
