I accept Paypal, a secure online payment system that accepts all major credit cards and debit cards.
You can make a payment through Paypal with credit card even if you don't have a Paypal account.
Paypal is my preferred choice.All e-checks sent through Paypal must clear before any item is sent.
Payment is due at time of purchase unless you have made other arrangements with me. Otherwise item will be returned to inventory after two days and sale will be canceled.
If you wish to delay payment, please contact me PRIOR to purchasing the item. I will reserve an item for a maximum of 5 days.
Buyer pays all shipping charges.
I ship to Canada and United States
Due to the nature of the items I sell shipping fees will vary depending on size of item and place of delivery.
Shipping overages more than $2.00 will be refunded thru paypal.
Some Items due to size or weight may only be available in the local Calgary,Alberta area for pick-up and shall be stated as such in a listing.

*If you have multiple items shipped to the same address I will refund any shipping difference thru Paypal.

SHIPPING & YOUR ADDRESS
Please ensure all of your Paypal & Etsy contact and shipping information match and is correct prior to payment. I ship according to the address on the ETSY receipt.
If your Etsy and Paypal address do not match I will contact you.
If I do not receive a reply within 3 business days regarding your address, I WILL CANCEL THE SALE AND REFUND YOUR MONEY.
I feel it is prudent to be SURE of the address rather than having the item shipped and lost.You may then repurchase the item after the address is confirmed.
If your shipping address is different than your Paypal address Paypal will not insure the item so I require a tracking number or signature which is an additional cost thru Canada Post and will require you to pay it before shipping.
Etsy's Policy: "Etsy does not hold sellers responsible for incorrect shipping address submissions.
The buyer must provide correct addresses in both their Etsy and PayPal accounts at the time of checkout."
DAMAGED or LOST Items
Etsy's Policy: "Etsy does not hold sellers responsible for postal delays, failures, thefts, losses or customs problems. The buyer and seller are urged to file a postal claim in the event of a postal failure."
For damaged or lost in transportation items: In the event of an insurance claim to Canada Post they require photos of the damage and packaging, so I will be requesting that from you.
Lost shipments (after 21 business days in North America and 75 days Internationally as per Canada Post claim requirements) will be refunded if the delivery confirmation was not verified.
Damaged or lost item refunds will be processed as soon as the paperwork and images are submitted, the documentation accepted by Canada Post and a decision made on the claim.
If a buyer is unwilling to provide documentation or images to support a postal claim, Canada Post will typically decline a refund and close the case.
If for ANY reason a claim is opened, I will provide the buyer with a case number and the Canada Post contact information. They can verify that the postal claim is indeed opened and in progress.
Refund will be purchase price minus the shipping and insurance. Return shipping charges are the buyers responsibility, and all items must be new and unused and in the original packaging.
Customs, Taxes, Duty & Country Specific Fees
I do not collect taxes, duty, customs fees or any other fees associated with delivery to your destination.
Please be aware that these potential fees are entirely your responsibility and I will accept no returns as a result of any of these potential fees.
Refunds and Exchanges
-I consider vintage merchandise as a final sale item
-I will only refund or exchange items that have been grossly misrepresented or inaccurately measured.
-I take great care to accurately describe each item but I am human.
-Thankfully, I've yet to have a dissatisfied customer, however, should an issue arise I'm happy to try and resolve it.
-I'll do my best to accommodate you and in certain circumstances, a refund minus S&H may be available.
-With that,it is the buyer's responsibility to contact me before returning an item and the buyer will incur all additional shipping and handling fees.
Additional Policies and FAQs
-Vintage items are pre-owned and sometimes have minor imperfections. I try to mention all flaws in the descriptions . If you are looking for a flawless item then vintage may not be for you.Hand blown and vintage glass may have imperfections due to age and the era they are from.
