♥ Polymer Clay Beads: I coat my PC beads with a waterproof resin. Although these are waterproof, they are not indestructible so treat them as you would items made of glass. It is more of a process to use resin but I will not currently be raising my prices because of it. They will be lightly coated with corn starch to prevent sticking to plastic bag during shipping. Simply dust off with soft dry cloth.
♥ I recently began selling my bead designs on various products such as tshirts, mugs, and totes. These listing are for an item that is designed by me and produced by a production center, who will ship the item. The shipping may be longer than when ordering items that are shipped by me. Please see shipping times regarding each product. Beads sold separately. If you see any bead design in my shop and would like to purchase a tshirt, mug or tote with that design, please contact me.
♥ After favoring our items and/or shop, please see your Etsy emails for discount codes.
♥ Free shipping on $35 domestic purchase, applies to making one order. Free shipping will automatically be calculated at checkout. Combined multiple orders will not apply. If free shipping doesn't appear at checkout, there isn't enough items added to the cart. Free shipping only applies when automatically calculated by Etsy at checkout. The $35 is the actual price after the discounted items are deducted from the total (example: one $40 item at 50% off will not qualify because the total cost would be $20).
♥ We've updated our policies, please visit our policy's page prior to purchasing, it’s important to know what you are agreeing to before purchasing.
♥ We're saving trees one at a time. If you'd like a printed receipt, please request one in the 'note to seller.' Multiple packages of the same item are bagged together unless otherwise requested in 'note to seller.' We are doing our best to help reduce the size of landfills.

Frequently asked questions
What is your return policy?
Contact us within 3 days of receipt and return within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a refund when the package is received by us, tracking is strongly suggested. Shipping fees and handling charges non-refundable. All parts and accessories of that item must be returned to receive a refund. No exchanges.
Please inspect the order received and contact us within 3 days of receipt if there are any issues. We require a photo of the issue to be emailed through convos.

When will I receive my order?
We generally ship within minuets of your order being placed up to 12 hours, but certainly within the stated ready time in the listing. From there, your order will be in the possession of the USPS. They will process the package on the first business day after your order is placed. You can follow your package from the tracking number in your purchases file.
The USPS states 3 to 5 days for delivery on First Class postage but many factors could slow that time frame. Priority Mail states 2 to 3 days but there is no guarantee on a specific day of delivery, only that your package will receive priority over First Class packages.
