Love love love!!! This quilt is a high school graduation gift for my daughter, it is all the shirts from her many years of Varsity and competition cheer, and pop warner coaching. The colors, the shapes, the special pieces (like the shirt w the dedication line to my dad and the patch with her coach embroidery)... so much work and so much thought went in to this!! She is going to be moved to happy tears!! Thank you for preserving an important part of her past as she moves on to her next chapter.

This quilt is phenomenal. There was so much attention to detail. Beyond care. I never once doubted that it would come out perfectly given Nancy's ethic of care. I highly recommend her & know I will be sending another batch of tshirts her way very soon!

About

....a short history

I've been crafting since I was a little girl. My mom and "Bonus" mother were big influences. I can remember embroidering on fabric from iron on patterns found at my grandmother's house when I was very young and making barrettes using curling ribbon normally found on birthday presents in the early 90s. In the years that followed I've cross-stitched, crocheted, and attempted to knit!

After getting married, I bought my first sewing machine to repair my husband's work clothes. I also started saving all of his old t-shirts because I had seen somewhere that you could make a quilt out of them and thought that was such a neat idea! I've always loved reusing fabrics and other items in my crafting! So after making his quilt and a couple of others, I found that folks just really loved these quilts filled with their memories and my little business was born!

With all of my children now in school, I spend my days quiltmaking and sewing. I've really enjoyed the flexibility that my home business has given me, since I'm available for my family if they need me.

I love making these quilts for my customers and feel I deliver a very nice product at a fair price. My quilts are well made and will last for years. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, and if there is something in your quilt that doesn't sit right with me, I will work on it until it does. I have a hard time shipping something that I'm not 100% happy with!

Thank you for visiting my shop!

I'm Nancy, and I live in Southeast Texas with my husband and our three daughters. I've been making t-shirt quilts since 2009, and have been sewing/crafting since I was a young girl. Since all of my daughters are now in school, quilts have become my daytime job. I am loving it!

Payment
Payments on my "made to order" items are usually not due until the item is completed. At that time, I will make a custom listing for you with a picture so you can take care of the balance. I'll send your item(s) to you once I receive payment.

While I don't usually require a deposit on my t-shirt quilts, I do expect to be paid once they're completed. Please try to take care of the balance within 5 days of receiving notification. As always, communication is key! I understand things come up...just let me know.

PLEASE READ: Custom Made/Ordered Quilts that are not paid for within 30 days of receiving completion notice will be donated to a local charity or shelter!

I try very hard to get your items made in the timeframe I've quoted you at the time of ordering. Please remember, though, that I am a one-woman circus and sometimes get a little behind. In the event that I'm not able to meet a deadline, I will contact you to let you know what's going on.
