Welcome to Breezy Beach Cottage Shop Policies.
I enjoy all of my customers and have fun working with each one.
I try to show my pictures and descriptions of the items as true as possible.
So there should never be any surprises when your item arrives to your home.
If you're interested in an item, be sure to read all of the info in the listing so you can make a confident decision with your purchase.

All items are shipped after they have been paid for.
I'll put up a "Reserved Order" listing in my store with your name on it after we work out all of the details of Custom Orders.
I'll let you know the when the listing is up so you can go in and buy it.
Cancellations will be made for non custom orders and before the item has been shipped.
I ship all items with USPS. They are all sent "Parcel Post". This may take up to 2 weeks in the USA. The dates given by the Post Office are just estimations.
If your item hasn't arrived in 2 weeks please contact me so we can work to find out why.
I always get "Delivery Conformation" numbers and can give you that number on request.
This number will let you track when the item was shipped, and the estimated date of delivery to your home.
It will also tell you if they left a delivery notice on your door.
If you would like your items to be insured let me know in a convo and I will give you an email address to send that extra payment to Pay Pal.
Refunds and Exchanges
I do offer custom orders in my store. I go by the measurments given to me by the customer and they will always be exact. I take much care and attention in creating each item. I cannot accept returns on custom orders because they are made specifically to fit you piece of furniture or home decor, and taste.
For this reason I may not ever be able to resell the item.

If for some reason you put an item in your "cart" and are not happy with it when it arrives, I will issue a refund...less the shipping charges if the item is returned within 14 days, then inspected, and found to be in perfect condition.
