Wow! The Plinko Wall Mount Bottle opener is amazing. I was blown away at the craftsmanship. I ordered it and it arrived a few days later. Thank you for the amazing customer service and a GREAT birthday gift for a friend. I will be ordering many more gifts from BrewCrafted.

Please contact us if there is a problem with your item. You can contact us through email or Etsy convo and we will begin immediately to ensure your satisfaction. CANCELLATION- We must receive a cancellation request BEFORE you receive an email notifying you that your item has shipped.
Shipping
We will ship your item within 5 business days from the time of purchase. An email will be sent to you notifying you when your item(s) has been shipped.

If you live in Hawaii, Alaska, or anywhere else not in the United States, please contact us so that we can adjust the shipping accordingly. We will be happy to set up a special listing just for you, or send an additional invoice. Also if you have any other special requests, such as insurance, faster shipping, or you would like priority mail, please let us know.

DAMAGED OR DYSFUNCTIONAL- If your item is damaged or not working properly, please send at least one clear picture that shows the issue with the product .You must contact us within 2 weeks of receiving the item if there are any issues and you want it replaced. Once we receive that picture we will be in contact with you to ensure that we can replace your item.

DISSATISFACTION- If you simply do not like the item as much as you thought you would, that's okay. We understand that people can change their minds. You can return your item to us and receive a refund for the price of the item itself. We do not refund original shipping and handling costs, and it is up to you to pay return shipping. Your money will be refunded to you once we receive the item. You must contact us within 2 weeks of receiving the item if you want to return it for a refund.
