I try my best to package all of my items in a very cute way. Most of my items are ready for gift giving. Please see pictures from my reviews to see how some of them may arrive ♥️

Custom and personalized orders

I don’t like to rush my projects, but I also don’t want you to wait longer than necessary for one of my creations to ship. I do my best to ship same day if possible.
Most of all the items I offer are handmade by me. I don’t want to send you an inferior item, so I will put all my efforts to make sure each item ordered is the best quality I can do ♥️

Sizing details

Each listing should have detailed information & pictures for sizing on my items. If you don’t see the information you’re looking for, send me a message and I’ll respond promptly.

Do I take custom order requests?

Of course! I will give you an honest answer for any requests. If I feel confident I am able to make an item that has a good design and quality, I’ll do my best to bring that idea to life! I want all of my valuable customers to be happy with everything I make ♥️

My tracking says my order has arrived, but I can’t find it. What should I do?

A great idea is to ask all members of your household if they may have brought your packages in for you.

Check your mailbox, porch or driveway for any missing packages.

Contact your delivery person to ask if they possibly delivered the package to the wrong address.

Double check the address submitted with your order to make sure everything was submitted correctly.

Contact your local post office to submit a claim.

I accidentally submitted the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Unfortunately, I am unable to change any information submitted with your orders.

I need a larger quantity for an item, but you don’t have that many. How can I get what I need?

Just send me a message & I will try to get the quantities you are needing.
