Art will not be mailed out to you until payment has been received and/or cleared.
I will cancel a sale if payment has not been received within a week unless you have contacted me with a heads up.
Your order will be shipped after payment has been received and/or cleared. Please expect a couple weeks to receive your order if paying with a personal check.

All prints will be shipped with insurance coverage at cost.
All international Print orders will be shipped with Priority International, as it is the only way to insure your new artwork.
All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout. Your local post office or carrier will be able to provide you with further information.
I will not refund postage for unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.
PRINTS will be protected by a plastic sleeve, sandwiched between heavy-duty cardboards, sealed in a proper sized padded envelope. Depending on the size, a sturdy mailing tube may be used. All Limited Edition Giclee Prints will be insured at cost
ORIGINALS will be shipped through FedEx. I will ship all ORIGINALS with insurance and confirmation delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer service is very important to me, particularly since I am emerging into this business-side of the art world. I will go out of my way to accommodate and remedy any possible situation to the best of my ability. Please give me the opportunity to do so.
Should any item reach you in damaged condition, please let me know at once. Also, if you’re unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact me VIA ETSY within FIVE(5) days of receipt, and I will work with you for a resolution. Refunds or exchanges are made on a case-by-case basis only.
Please send your returning item with registered mail. I will refund your payment as soon as I get the item in original condition.
As the Buyer, you will be responsible foe all shipping costs (including forward and return shipping cost).
Exchange or Return / refund for Custom Order(s) are NOT accepted.
In the case of lost or unreceived mailings, please contact me here on Etsy via a conversation.
