What condition are the bricks in?
At BrickWorks, we love LEGO® and care about quality. All of our sets are created with 100% authentic, NEW LEGO® bricks and are inspected for quality before being shipped.

Does my set come with instructions?
100% yes! We design our own digital instructions for each set and often include a QR code with the physical set or directly message you the instructions link.

Help, I'm missing a piece!
While we take the absolute care to make sure your order is perfect, our team can make mistakes. Please send us a message describing the missing piece(s) and we will either ship you replacements (subject to availability) or issue a proportional partial refund.
Are you guys affiliated with LEGO®?
No. We are a small group of folks who share a tremendous love for LEGO®. While all of our products are exclusively built using LEGO® bricks, we ourselves do not have, nor claim to have, any official affiliation with "The LEGO Group".
How quickly is my order shipped?
Folks often order our sets as gifts or for celebrations. At BrickWorks, we value your time with 90% of orders being dropped off at the post office within 24 hours of making a purchase, and most almost never taking more than 48 hours to be handed over.
