Welcome to my Etsy shop! I create beautiful handmade vintage and vintage-inspired tiaras and hair combs, using original vintage pieces, Swarovski crystals and freshwater pearls.
I'm passionate about creating stunning, wearable bridal accessories that exceed all your expectations, and are truly unique for your very special day.
I hope you enjoy browsing and please contact me if you have any questions or would like to enquiry about having a custom piece produced.
I can only accept payment via Paypal.
Payment must be made within seven days of your purchase being made. If you can't make payment within this time, please contact me as I will relist your item otherwise.
If you would like to cancel an order, please contact me ASAP to ensure that I haven't already shipped your purchase.
I ship from the UK. All items within the UK are sent first class recorded. All items shipped outside of the UK will be sent via Royal Mail Air Mail.
In stock items will be sent within 1-2 working days of cleared payment being received. I will sent you notification of dispatch, but let me know if you haven't receive your item within 7 days (UK) or 28 days (international orders).
International buyers are responsible for all customs taxes or duties due on an item.
Refunds and Exchanges
I provide an accurate description of each item and hope you are happy with it. If you're not, for any reason, then I ask that you contact me in the first instance so we can work together to resolve your complaint.
I appreciate that my items are the type that you need to try on, so if you do change your mind, I offer a full refund or exchange. Both are subject to you returning the item in the condition that it was sent, in the item's gift box with no damage, within 5 working days of you receiving it. A refund will be issued via Paypal, minus the cost of postage.
All items are carefully packed but if damage does occur in transit, I will repair the original item or offer you a replacement. There will be no shipping/postal fees for replacement items, and I will refund the cost occured by you of returning the original item to me. This is wholly dependent on me receiving the item in its original packaging and of you providing proof of the postage cost.
Customer service is important to me and I want you to be delighted with your purchase. So, if you do have any questions, then please just ask!

Please feel free to contact me about producing a bespoke item for your wedding day. I would love to help! Rush orders are possible.
Similarly, if you like an item but would prefer different coloured Swarovski crystals or pearls, for example, please let me know. I will see what I can do to accomodate your request.
