Our processing times are always an estimate. We try our absolute best to get all packages in the mail as quickly as we humanly can (keep in mind we hand print every order to your requests). During the holidays (including Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc) we can get up to a 6-8 business day processing time to make and ship out your orders.

If you have any questions regarding our current processing time, shoot us an Etsy message! If you have a quick turnaround, or need by a specific date - message us as well! We'll try our best to accommodate, or give you options.

** Shipping time is always additional to the processing time! **

Please shop early this year!! Delays will be inevitable!

As much as we would love to guarantee BY Christmas. We cannot this year. USPS is very overwhelmed with packages, and short staffed due to Covid. We are seeing many packages with tracking showing Arriving Late. Unfortunately we have no control over this update. Please keep this information in mind when ordering.

Please be kind to us, as well as the post office this holiday season. We are all working extremely hard on making your holidays as special as possible.

**We cannot offer refunds due to late transit times**

Again, during the months of November & December we cannot guarantee any sort of delivery dates. A refund will not be issued due to a package arriving late.

Since all items are hand printed to order, we start the production process almost immediately after the order is placed. For this reason, once an order is placed, we cannot cancel / make any changes to the actual shirt color / size.

If we make any sort of mistake on our end, we will absolutely fix the problem for you, and ship you a new (corrected) shirt. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds in this situation.

FITMENT:
We cannot stress enough - OUR JEAN JACKETS RUN SMALL! If you are unsure, or want a second opinion on what size to order, please message us with your approximate height, weight, and bust size. We can help suggest the right size for you. We want to get you the perfect jacket the first time!

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
You are ordering a custom jacket with a custom name (and/or) date printed. Please understand, we are a small business, we cannot accept any returns on these items as we are unable to reuse them. This is why it is very important to communicate with us on any questions you may have! We are here to help!

You will LOVE the jacket. The beading is beautiful, and the custom printed name always look amazing in photos!
