Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Shipping & handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item is defective. There are no returns on custom orders unless defective. We can not be responsible for items lost in the mail so please take tracking into consideration. Gift items are subject to the above policies and are only eligible for exchange. Return items must be in original packaging and unused.
