Debra has had a life time love of gemstones and her designs capture the essence of the natural world to give you spiritual and healing wearable art.
Debra works from a small workshop, situated in the shadow of the world famous Whitby Abbey, a beautiful place which has inspired her in her range of Wiccan and Pagan jewellery.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalised orders
Digital downloads
Intimate items IE earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale

The regulations say you can return stuff even if it's just a case of seeing it for real and thinking "Hmm, this isn't really what I wanted". We would rather you were a happy non-customer who can say good things about us that a reluctant customer who can't. We want you to be happy in your dealings with us and if that means taking stuff back and giving a refund then we won't try to worm our way out of it.
Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order so please check it carefully and let us know as soon as possible if you would like to return it.
If an order has not arrived please contact me within 90 days of the order date so I can track it for you. If, as very occasionally happens, an order has gone astray, I will refund and make a claim via the shipping company used.
EU Customers please note that I cannot accept a return once it has arrived with you and Customs Duty has been paid.
DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS:
“Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods aren't faulty. ... They have 14 days to return the goods once they've told you. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back.”
It should be obvious, and the regulations agree, that any goods returned need to be returned safely, in original condition, and it's YOUR responsibility to ensure that happens.
It is essential that you contact us before returning anything so we can give you the correct return address and look out for them. PLEASE contact us BEFORE sending anything back.

Domestic delivery is by Royal Mail tracked and takes about 5 days after dispatch.
International items are sent standard tracked Air Mail. Please be patient if your item is taking its time as it is probably just held up at customs :-)
Please be aware that Cusoms Duty tax may be payable upon receipt by EU customers.
If you dont see your country on my list please message me, I will be very happy to add it for you
