1 out of 5 starsPurchased this product with no reviews thinking it was work a shot. Uploaded my logo a third of the rhinestones did not come through. Tried the font option but there is only one font in the program.

Thank you for giving BrightBench Rhinestone Studio a try! Our product description does mention that intricate logos, thin lines, and smaller details may require additional adjustments during conversion. However, I completely understand your disappointment when your design didn't turn out as expected. I'm sorry the available lettering options didn't meet your needs either. I appreciated the opportunity to assist you and was happy to provide a full refund. Your feedback is genuinely appreciated and will help us continue improving the software for future customers. Thank you again for giving BrightBench Studio a chance! 💎
