This is the best necklace/jewlery maker on the planet. This necklace has blown me away. I gave her very little to go off of (K-9 from Doctor Who) and she made me the best necklace I have EVER seen in my life. Words can not describe how much I am in love with this. I will always choose BrightFireBeads first and I know that she will make me many more awesome necklaces in the future. LOVE IT!!!

If there is an issue with breakage or re-sizing, contact me and we'll work something out.

I stand behind all of my jewelry, but if a product should break through normal wear, please convo me, and I will fix it for free. You are responsible for cost of shipping.

I want you to enjoy owning your item as much as I enjoyed creating it, so if there are any concerns with an item let me know and I will try to make things right.
Paypal is BrightFireBeads preferred method of payment. If you'd like to pay via another method, please convo us. Items will not ship until payment has cleared.

Please be sure your PayPal address and your Etsy address match. If they are different, I will not ship until I have received an address confirmation message from you.

If you do not have a PayPal account, please look into it. PayPal is an easy, fast, and secure way to send money online. I also accept money orders made out to Lisa Zamcho.

Even if you do not have a PayPal account, PayPal can process your credit card information as payment. Choose PayPal as your payment method and follow the prompts for non-account holders.

If you pay with an E-Check, I will not ship until the E-check has cleared my PayPal account. For domestic purchases, this can take 4 or 5 business days. International transactions take weeks. Please keep this delay in mind when selecting this payment option. When the E-check clears, I will notify you and provide you with a ship date.

If you must pay by Money Order, please purchase it through the US Postal Service. I will not ship your item until I have received and cashed the Money Order. I will notify you when I have received it, and let you know when I expect to cash it. If you choose this option as your payment method, please add a message to "Notes to Seller" letting me know when you expect to mail the Money Order.
All items shipped in the United States is sent USPS with a tracking number. Tracking numbers are sent to you in a convo as soon as item is shipped.

I make every effort to ship within two business days of your confirmed payment.

I ship via USPS First Class. I will combine items for shipping. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact me via convo prior to the purchase for a price quote.
