I really appreciated that Mary took the time to send me two different proofs to make sure that my design was exactly how I wanted! Also love that the shirts are Comfort Colors and all the different options. I ordered an ivory shirt with light blue writing. Can’t wait to wear it in a few weeks!

PLACING AN ORDER
📦 As soon as your order is submitted, it enters our production queue immediately. Please double-check that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase, as we are unable to modify it once the order is received.
🚗 We aim to process and ship most orders within the following business day. During busy periods or holidays, slight delays may occur. Estimated delivery windows are not a guarantee.
👕 We strongly encourage reviewing our size chart prior to ordering. Once an order is placed, size changes cannot be accommodated.
Please note that cancellations and refunds will not be issued if the above guidelines are not followed. In cases where a correction is unavoidable, additional fees may apply.

🚚 Orders are prepared and dispatched within the next available business days. Please keep in mind that during peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be longer due to high demand. Estimated delivery dates are provided as a reference only and cannot be guaranteed.
⚠️ Orders placed on December 5th or later may not reach their destination before Christmas.
📩 Please stay attentive to your messages. If we do not receive a response within 15 hours after sending your proof, we may proceed with production to avoid delays. By approving your proof, you confirm that all spelling, layout, and customization details are correct. Please note that printed colors may differ slightly from what you see on screen.

✅ Every item in our shop is crafted specifically for you, which means we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us right away and we will do our best to make it right.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to all of our shop policies.
LOST, STOLEN OR RETURNED ITEMS
♦️ We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Refunds will not be issued when tracking information shows the order as delivered.
♦️ If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or because it was not picked up from a drop-off location, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of reshipping.
