If an item was not collected and it is returned to Brighter Tomorrow, no refund will be issued.

This is because the extreme temperatures the slime is exposed to along with the long time the slime has sat making the slime unsalable.

The only exception, is if you contact us to state you will refuse delivery.

Then once the item is returned to us in an unused state and shows, no alteration then Brighter Tomorrow will issue a refund for the cost of the item but Brighter Tomorrow will not issue a refund for shipping.

• You can revive old slime that has dried out with a little bit of baby oil and some water.
• When the slime hasn't not been played with for a while it becomes sticky, the longer you play the less sticky it becomes.

If you state on your order it is a gift but do not contact regarding any personalisation then your order will be handled a normal order. However, if you wish some type of personalisation or gift-wrapping this can be done for an additional charge. The wrapping that we use is tissue paper with a brighter tomorrow label. We do add extras! We always add a bit of borax to our orders as we purposely under activate our Slime. Sorry but we do not offer toys or other items for you with your order. We keep our prices low compared to other sellers who are selling slimes for £8 to £16 each due to the extras they are selling you with each Slime! Our slimes at the most are no higher than £5.99. But don't be sad , we are planning on offering some extra items with your slime but we will be passing that cost on to you, either 50p to £1 more for each Slime you want extra items with. We have discovered that not all buyers want extra items and it's unfair to pass the cost of extra to each and every one of you. So in the future you will be able to get something extra.

If your hands are dirty and sweaty wash and dry them first. We purposely under activate our Slime so you can achieve your desired consistency, simply add 1/4 teaspoon borax to 1/2 cup hot water. Mix the borax in the hot water until fully dissolved. Once you have mixed your borax in the hot water drop teeny tiny drops into your slime until the desired consistency is achieved. Brighter Tomorrow will not refund you for over activating your slime. We send the slime out slightly under activated so it may appear sticky so we know what the quality of the slime is before it leaves the UK. You can also add baby oil, lotion, glitters etc to your slimes. Sometimes adding glitter to slime will simply make it thicker.

We send all Slime by Royal Mail 48 within mainland uk. However there are times when the Royal Mail is slower or it takes a lot longer than it should for the slime to be delivered. This isn't our fault, we apologise on behalf of the RM. We do everything in our power to get the slime to you in a timely manner but we can not control the speed of the delivery and to mark us down for that is incredibly unfair. Most items are shipped within a 48 to 72 hour period of the order being received. .
