Frequently asked questions
Why isn't my Instant Download purchase available?
There are a number of reasons this might be:
1. Downloads are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, confirmation might take a few minutes.
2. All downloads must be done through the Etsy website. At this time, the Etsy app does not provide access. Please access Etsy using a desktop computer or web browser. Mobile versions may cause issues.
3. It might take a little extra time for unknown reasons. Some buyers experience unexplained access delay. Give it a couple hours, or a day and then if you still are unable to access the files, please contact Etsy and report the problem.
I didn't get an email or link to the files. Where can I access my order?
Typically, instant download purchases will receive an email with access to the files. Check your spam or junk inbox. If you use Gmail, also check your Social and Promotions tabs.
If that doesn't help, you can log into your account via the Etsy website, click on the tab in the top right of the screen that says "You", then go to Purchases and Reviews. Find your order and to the right of it will be a large orange button that says "Download Files".
Can I get a refund on digital items?
Simply put, the answer is no. If you have downloaded or been sent the files, and find you have any issue with your purchase, please contact me. I am very rarely contacted with concerns about my items, but I will always do my absolute best to help resolve the issue in a manner befitting us both.
Can you rush my order?
I do not offer rush delivery. Please read the product description and processing times before ordering.
Will you sell me items in bulk at a discount?
That depends on the item. Please contact me with more details of what you need and we'll chat.
