There should be instructions sent with any physical product. For digital patterns you make, follow instructions on the yarn label.

My products are almost always Machine Washable under these conditions:
Machine wash cold, delicate cycle
Tumble dry, low heat, with an anti-static dryer-sheet

That dryer sheet is so important because it will help your item stay fresh for longer and protects it from becoming fuzzy, frazzled, and damaged.

The most common question I am asked is, how do I know it will fit?

Well I have been doing this for a very long time, and the sizing chart I use has yet to fail me.
If you are worried it will fit, be open about that with me. You can always measure yourself and send me the numbers!

A few numbers from my handy dandy trusted chart are:
Age-head circumference

Infants/Toddlers
Newborn-13 inches
2 weeks-3 months -14 inches
3-6 months-15 inches
6-9 months- 16 inches
9-12 months - 16.5 inches
12-18 months - 17 inches
18-24 months - 18 inches

2-5 Years old - 18- 19 inches
Child - 19-20 inches

Teen 20-21 inches

Adult Woman - 22 inches

Adult Man - 23 inches Large, 22 inches Small

DO NOT CUT! If you cut a string, even a snagged string, it puts the piece at risk of completely unraveling.
Instead, trying gently stretching the piece in multiple directions until the snag goes back down.
If that does not work, you will need a crafter to fix it for you. I can do many different repairs, especially snags.
OR just contact me and I might be able to help you get a custom order to replace your item.

There are some stitches that are more liable to snag. Usually, I use more hardy stitches. But to avoid snags and protect quality, be careful that your crocheted/knitted item does not come in contact with rough wood, jewelry, velcro, or other rough textures.

My testers work hard to make sure these are top quality patterns but no one is perfect, so if you do have trouble with a pattern please let me know!

The name "Safety Eyes" is quite deceptive.
While it is meant to be well secured, they are not a safe option for small children or children who put things in their mouth or destructive children.
These are a choking hazard and if the child fits under any of the criteria explained above, crochet or embroider the eyes instead please!

I also recommend to other creators to make this clear to buyers when they sell their creations. A small sign at your stand or a note in an item description. You wouldn't want your product to cause harm.

Absolutely! You are always welcome to sell what you make with my patterns!
Please do use your own pictures though. People will want to see what YOU made, not what I did!

No, you cannot resell the pattern, claim it as your own, share/distribute the pattern to other people, copy any part of the pattern, etc. All rights are reserved for each of my patterns and they are legally protected - these patterns take alot of time and effort to create, so please respect my work by following these rules.

You can share a link to my listings so your friends can buy their own copy though!

Each of my patterns are thoroughly tested by my trusty team! I work very hard to make sure each pattern is top quality before I release them.

I make sure there are an adequate number of testers on each project. Many of the testers I work with have helped in the past and are very reliable! (Thanks testers! You guys are awesome!)

I will admit that I am not perfect though, and mistakes can slip through. When I find a mistake after a pattern is published, I will update the pattern - if it is a serious error I will message each buyer of the pattern to make sure they get the update.
