Currently I only accept paypal as a payment method. I will give 24 hours for the payment of the item(s) you purchased be visible for me. WIth Paypal this shouldn't be necessary, but I'm allowing that one day period just in case it is needed.
If any taxes or customs fees are applicable, they will be the buyer's responsibility.
Purchases generally won't be cancelled, but I'm not unreasonable. If you have to cancel a purchase, please contact me!
I will ship any items you buy with Canada Post. The items I am selling are relatively small and light so I will send them in regular envelopes or bubble mailers. This can and probably will change once I will add larger, more expensive or fragile items. I will send your purchased items within three days of receiving payment unless otherwise agreed.
I am willing to discuss alternative packing methods for your shipment as well as sending the item(s) directly to whoever you indicate. However, the shipping charges apply to the country of the recipient not of the buyer if different.
Please contact me for details about different packaging, recipients and shipments to outside Canada and the United States.
Any customs fees that could apply are the buyer's responsibility.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the supplies and materials I sell, keep in mind that they are often used and therefore not necessarily in pristine condition. I will always describe the items as specifically as possible, but there is the possibility that any old/rescued/upcycled item might have additional wear and tear.
