Thank you so much for your interest in my Sculptural Lightworks and other artworks I have available in this Etsy Shop!
All of my works are completely designed and handmade by me in my studio in Berlin, Germany. Many of them are one of a kind Artworks.
I do many Custom Orders and artwork commissions. If you have a piece you are thinking about, get in touch and let's talk about it!

Please email me with any concerns you have about your piece. Being that every work is made to order, I do not issue refunds.
However, I do understand that purchasing artworks over the internet is a tough thing. If you are unsure about your purchase, please email me prior to your order and we can make arrangements for a possible return/refund
I try to work with clients as closely as possible, providing progress photos as well as completion photos prior to shipment.
I pack the pieces with care and it is not likely that a piece will get damaged in shipment, but if something happens during shipment, I will be happy to work with you to repair it or make you another piece.
However, I do understand that purchasing artworks over the internet is a tough thing. If you are unsure about your purchase, please email me prior to your order and we can make arrangements for a possible return/refund

I accept Paypal, credit cards, bank transfers and Etsy giftcards.
I do not accept cash or money orders.
For items off the Etsy, please pay for your order through the site then I will begin to make your item.
For custom orders depending on size, I can work per basis with you on a payment plan but I do require a 30% deposit of full agreed amount to cover materials.

All items are shipped with tracking number and insurance through DHL/Deutsche Post

As most of the orders are made to order, please allow at least one-two weeks until shipment date, unless I contact you you to say otherwise.
Drawings will be shipped within 4 business days.
I will ship the items via DHL with tracking number and insurance.
For items delivered within the EU, purchases normally take about 5 business days within send date.
For Outside the EU- normally delivery takes 8-10 business days to reach you. But as with all international deliveries, items can get held up in customs and I will always to what I can to keep you as up to date and informed as I am.
I am not responsible for any extra taxes or payments upon delivery.
If you wish to have items shipped a faster method I will also ship via UPS(expedited shipping bypassing long customs wait), but I must be contacted prior to order.
