BGD is a lifestyle brand that believes laughing and pretty things make the perfect pair. We offer gifts for the sassy and graphic design for the fun havers!

Everything is designed, packaged and shipped in my home office in the lovely city of Roseville (a suburb of Sacramento, California). While it's my name on the business, we are family run through and through.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
All payment is done through Etsy or PayPal. Keep in mind that you do not need a PayPal account to pay with a debit/credit card.
Shipping
Digital Files are easy--emailed and done!

Prints, notepads and totes will be sent through USPS First Class or USPS International First Class. Postage will be added to the cost of the product at check out. Priority shipping upgrades are available.

Mugs are shipped USPS Priority within the United States and USPS International First Class for international orders. Mugs are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and surrounded with tissue paper. Packaged single mugs weigh close to 2 lbs. Postage is added to the cost of the mug at check out.

I try my best to offer fair shipping prices while taking in to account supplies, actual shipping costs and labor. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Refunds and Exchanges
If your order doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, please message me with a picture (if broken) and I'll do my best to remedy the situation. All damage/loss must be reported within 10 days of shipping date.

Unfortunately, because I am just a small graphic design shop and products are made to order, I cannot offer refunds.

Foil Art Prints
--------------------------------------
Due to the time commitment it takes to hand foil these art prints, I have scaled back my offerings and am unsure when I'll bring back the whole collection. I am also unable to offer custom foil prints at this time.

Proofing
--------------------------------------
Your role in proofing each revision that I email is extremely important. Please thoroughly review each PDF that is sent to ensure an exemplary final product. Once final approval is received, Brittany Garner Design is not responsible for any errors in the design including punctuation, spelling, layout, color, etc.

Packaging

All prints are packaged in a cello sleeve and shipped in a stiff cardboard mailer.

Invitations and announcements are shipped in either a stiff cardboard mailer or sturdy cardboard boxes (depending on quantity) with packaging stuffing to prevent damage.

Mugs are wrapped in bubble wrap, stuffed with tissue paper and shipped in cardboard boxes.

If you are sending a gift directly to someone, let me know in the Message To Seller at checkout. I will remove all pricing from the invoice and can include a gift note upon request.

Frequently Asked Questions

>>>My mug arrived broken, what do I do?
My Logistics Manager (aka Tyler, the husband) and I take great care in packaging each mug. Each one is wrapped with bubble wrap and surrounded by tissues paper to ensure it arrives at its destination in one piece. In the rare event that your mug arrives broken please message me within 7 days with a photo of the damage.

Domestic (within in the US) shipments are insured and will be replaced for free! Yay!

International orders, however, are not automatically insured. I will replace the mug for free but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. If you’d like to add insurance before you buy, message me and I will set up a custom listing.

The awesome news is very few of our mugs arrive broken! The above statement is to protect my butt as a small business owner, I know you understand. :)

>>>Can I change the {font/color/orientation/etc.} of a design I like?
I can change just about anything at all about the invitation designs you see. Depending on the complexity, this service could incur a small fee.

Mugs, totes, notepads and prints cannot be customized.

>>>What do you charge for a custom design?
Custom design fees start at $45. Message me with your ideas, I'd love to bring your vision to life.

>>>How fast is your turnaround time?
My "official" turnaround time is the absolute longest it may take me to turnaround a design. That being said, a lot of the time, I get designs and shipments to my clients much quicker. Depends on life at the moment. Message me if you'd like more details. Turnaround time is listed on each individual listing.

>>>Do you work on weekends?
As my business grows, I've realized the importance of taking a step back. I do not work on weekends. I do this for two reasons: It keeps me from getting burnt out and I'm an all-around happier, more creative person. It also helps to make the dreaded Monday go by quicker as I catch up with all correspondence I received over the weekend. :)

>>>Do you do rush orders?
Depending on my current workload, I will sometimes accept rush orders for an additional fee. Please message me and we can work something out.

>>>Do you do wholesale orders?
Yes! Email me and I will send you my linesheet. I also have an Etsy Wholesale linesheet if you are a retailer on there.
