Rush Orders
My handwriting jewelry is ready to ship within 3 weeks, but if you need it sooner please send me a message about adding a potential rush fee.
During busy seasons such as Christmas and Mother’s Day, rush fees may not be available depending on how many orders are in my queue.
Discounts
Every piece I make is one of a kind and handmade especially for you. Unlike mass-production shops, ordering more does not make the process any more efficient. Whether you're ordering one piece or 100 pieces, each piece is still going to take the same amount of time and attention, so I'm not able to offer any kind of discount for ordering multiples.
Shipping Info
Your order will ship within 3 weeks via USPS unless otherwise requested, and all shipments include tracking.
USA options: Standard Priority (2-3 days) or Priority Express(1-2 days).
International: Priority Express (3-5 days) only.
Priority Express within the USA is the ONLY shipment method with a guaranteed delivery time of 1-2 days. International shipments cannot be guaranteed because of possible delays at customs, which are out of my control. International customers are also responsible for any customs fees incurred.
I provide an estimated ship by date for each order. Please be sure to note that your order will SHIP by that date, it will not arrive by that date! Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping method.
Custom Orders
Obviously, I love custom orders! My focus is handwriting jewelry, but I’m still more than happy to make other special pieces. If it’s something I feel like I could bring to life, I’d love to make it for you.
Returns & Repairs
Due to the custom nature of my jewelry, I do not accept returns. However, I do want you to be happy with your jewelry. So while I cannot refund your purchase, I will repair or even remake it until you’re really happy with it! Never hesitate to get in touch if your piece isn’t quite what you were hoping for.
I also do everything I can to make my jewelry of the best quality craftsmanship possible, but life is filled with unexpected mishaps. So if your jewelry needs repair, I will happily fix it up.
