Welcome to Broken Bow! I've always had an interest in anything crafty and artistic. My jewelry designs are influenced by my connection to my Native culture and things I see and experience daily. If you ever have an idea for a custom design please reach out, I love to push the limits and explore new concepts. Something that I love to do is weave personal stories, overcoming struggle, family connections, and secrets into all my pieces. This can be through stamping symbols, materials used, or hidden elements that can't be seen by the wearer.

Purchasing things online can always be a gamble. I've made those mistakes in the past as well, which is why I want to work with you to make this experience a positive one.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me so we can resolve it together. My listings share important information around color, size, materials, and process so please read them carefully and ask questions before making the purchase.

Broken Bow Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages in the mail. I always package items with care and "my touch" to make sure it gets to it's new home safely. I have never had an item go missing in the mail system, but you never know. Please contact the shipping company directly, but feel free to also let me know what's going on. I will support however I can in this type of incident.

My jewelry is handmade by me, using high quality materials and meaningful design elements. Please read listings carefully for measurements and materials before making a purchase. If you have any questions, send me a message or email me at brokenbowpdx [!at] gmail.com.
Shipping
There is a 1-3 business day shipping timeframe for items that are already finished. 99% of the time I have them in the mail within two days of the purchase. I wrap everything with care to ensure quality and safe arrival. Items are shipped USPS first class mail, which takes 3-5 business days to arrive within the U.S. and 1-8 weeks international depending on the destination. Let's upgrade if you need it sooner (purchaser is responsible for additional costs of upgraded shipping.) All orders outside of ring sizers come with tracking numbers.

For made-to-order items, there is a 1-2 week fabrication period before shipping can occur. It nearly never takes more than one week to create but can depend on supply stock, shipment of materials, complication of design, etc. In this case, I typically have the package in the mail within 1 business day after the item is made.

Like to play it safe and upgrade shipping? Reach out via Etsy message or email to inquire about insurance costs, confirmation, international customs, etc. I'm always happy to talk through those and refund additional funds over the estimated cost in these types of special cases.

I ship anywhere in the world. If you're not in the US, please know your country's policies and customs fees. I am not responsible for any items lost in the mail. This hasn't been an issue so far.

Gift wrapping is always a yes! One of my favorite things to do is order special handmade gifts for friends and family and having it mailed to their residence. Who doesn't love a present in the mail to combat those bills and not-so-glamorous daily reminders of being an adult?! Please add requests in "note to seller" or reach out with a message if you're purchasing a gift for someone and want a special note added, specific color wrapping, no value on the receipt, etc. and I'm happy to accommodate at no additional cost.
Additional policies and FAQs
If you like something, but would prefer to add your own touch, please reach out! I love when customers make special requests, want to incorporate their own story, or have ideas for an innovative design. It's how I know I'm making jewelry that aligns with the growing trends of our vast, vibrant, and unique communities!

*Anyone who provides a suggested designs or ideas will NOT be responsible for making a purchase if the piece is created. Let's create treasures together, with no obligation to buy the finished product. That's how I roll.
